The x-ray spectra, measured in the photon energy range between I and 40 kiloelectron volts, are all different. The sources in order of hardness of spectra are Cyg XR-1, Tau XR-1, and Sco XR   Polycrystalline In2O3:Sn (ITO) films have been prepared by reactive radio frequency diode sputtering of an oxidic target using various oxygen/argon mixtures. They mostly contain more oxygen than the ideal crystal. When deposited at low pressure, the crystals have an expanded lattice (up to %) and, for small oxygen addition to the sputter gas, are also denser than the ideal by:

The X-ray analysis of 4,5-dichloro-1,2,3-dithiazolium chlor often referred to as the Appel salt, reveals a pattern of bonding within the dithiazole ring that indicates delocalization that extends around the ring from one sulfur atom to the other, and indeed there is also evidence for a shortening of the S–S bond length ((2) Å. The cathodoluminescence spectra of ZrO2:Eu3+ powders of average crystallite size 15–35 nm and SnO2:Eu3+ powders of crystallite size 40–50 nm, obtained Cited by:
